My Philosophy

When I Founded Paragon Homes in 1988, I believed that the keys to success in the building industry were unsurpassed customer support, quality and integrity.  This belief has served the company well, since today Paragon Homes' reputation reflects the company's stature as one of the premier home builders in the Pittsburgh area.

Both quality of work and integrity are important to any builder;  however, neither is enough to be successful;  you must also provide superior customer support.  At Paragon Homes customer support is paramount.  We are committed to staying with each buyer to ensure satisfaction and long-term investment value.

My hobby during the last five years of my corporate life was building townhouses and duplexes for investment purposes as well as building my own home.  When I built my own home, I experienced first hand what a home buyer goes through and the pressure that can arise during the process.  I realize I could alleviate a customer's anxiety by communicating well, providing an easy to understand administration process and delivering a quality product in a timely manor.

Armed with this philosophy, a sound business background and expertise in construction, I left the corporate world, formed Paragon Homes and began building homes full time.  My brother, Tom, joined my company as construction manager and together we give our customers the personal attention that guarantees satisfied buyers.
